A spec pitch for a product that is almost entirely reflection.
Overview
A self-initiated set of style frames imagining a Ray-Ban campaign. Sunglasses are one of the harder product subjects in 3D, the lens is the product, and a lens is nothing but what it reflects and transmits.
The challenge
Get the glass wrong and the whole frame collapses: too clean and it reads as plastic, too busy and the shape of the frame disappears behind the reflection. The metal has to stay warm without going brassy, and the tint has to read as a deliberate colour rather than dirt.
The approach
Each frame is a controlled lighting environment rather than an HDRI drop-in, so the reflections are placed on purpose. I built the set as a sequence of moods instead of one hero angle, which is what a style-frame pitch actually needs to prove.

The result
Four frames covering the range a campaign would need, hero, detail, mood and product.
